GeckoSystems Intl. Corp. (GOSY) announced today their progress regarding the Company’s partnership with ZMP Inc. of Japan. GeckoSystems is a dynamic leader in the emerging mobile robotics industry revolutionizing their development and usage with “Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service™.”

In November of 2011 GeckoSystems International Corp (GOSY) and ZMP of Japan announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and their intent to collaborate on mobile robotics projects.

Last month, GeckoSystems sent their GeckoMotorController™ software source code to ZMP engineers for evaluation. This code was migrated from the CareBot/BaseBot platform to the Imasen wheelchair last year demonstrating the economic feasibility of the world’s first commercially viable robotic “collision proof” wheelchair. Since receiving this code ZMP has begun examining suitable projects to lead off the partnership.

GeckoSystems’ engineers have now ruggedized the electronics and cabling of a new depth camera enabled BaseBot™ prototype to be shipped to ZMP in Japan. ZMP has an outstanding record of innovation and co-operation within the robotics community. ZMP was born out of the Kitano Symbiotic Systems Project, which was sponsored by the Japanese government to push technology forward. ZMP collaborates regularly with Japanese universities and technological institutions and provides robotic teaching tools

The new BaseBot prototype will demonstrate how multiple, layered GeckoSavants achieve point-to-point navigation while avoiding dynamic or static obstacles in the path of the BaseBot. This is a very important and beneficial behavior. It can safely be used to augment traditional navigation systems and enables mobile robots to engage in tasks like errand running and patrolling efficiently thus rendering mapping, line following, or remote operator control unnecessary.

In this latest configuration the Kinect depth cameras used in the prototype were changed from a vertical orientation to a horizontal one. GeckoImager™ was successfully adapted to the new operating parameters, eliminating the “rabbit ear” appearance of the initial CareBot™ prototype. This new configuration will make it easier to design more esthetically appealing products.

GeckoSystems is also researching customized optical systems and motor designs to replace some off the shelf components used in the wheelchair and BaseBot prototypes. Custom software in the depth cameras will enhance the performance of GeckoImager and lower manufacturing costs. A custom motor design will increase battery life of finished products by fully utilizing the “constant energy” capabilities of the GeckoMotorController.

AFBG is one of the most interesting plays that I’ve had the pleasure of alerting in quite some time!  In fact, you might even call it a swing trader’s dream play, with a multi-year chart that shows a history of peaks and valleys with incredibly consistent drops of up to 60% – 70%, followed by nearly immediate returns to its previous price point, which is exactly what makes today’s potential activity so exciting!

Now before we proceed, take a moment to consider the fact that AFBG has developed this consistent pattern of potentially incredibly lucrative activity, without any help from news or company updates!  In other words, AFBG already maintains its $0.70s price point without any news or updates from the company to drive price and/or volume movement.

If you take a quick look, you’ll see that AFBG share price fell 17 cents yesterday, closing at $0.35 after opening at $0.52 which is also down slightly from the week’s earlier high of $0.58!  Doesn’t this pattern look familiar?

These sudden dips are the precise technical signals that have consistently preceded the powerful “pop” that drives AFBG right back to its usual highs.  The difference is that this time, AFBG seems ready to move just as the company has announced that their upcoming 10K will contain revenue figures from the company’s exciting foray into the multi-billion dollar wind energy industry!

AFBG could easily be considered one of the market’s strongest technical plays today, based solely on technical indicators and previous chart activity.  With the added punch that is revenue news, this could seriously be one of the biggest plays I’ve ever had the pleasure of alerting!

Regarding the company’s revenue announcement this morning, AFBG chairman Kenneth McCleave was quoted as saying “Now that we’ve opened the door, we are being inundated with calls and emails from around the country…”, referring to the patented process that recycles discarded fiberglass that previously ended up in landfills where, according to industry experts, it could take literally tens of thousands of years to biodegrade!

McCleave pointed out that, by recycling the fiberglass into high-quality, useful and in-demand products, “Revenue is expected to grow dramatically as we expand to meet these needs.“

AFBG has so far been operating successfully in Minnesota, Montana and Texas, and will be expanding its operations across the entire continental USA to meet the literally hundreds of requests for implementation of the fiberglass recycling process of which AFBG is the patent holder!

AFBG executives pointed out that the company has been in the process of developing and perfecting   its patented process over the course of several years, and it would appear that their timing is absolutely impeccable as industry growth is at an all-time high, and the company is already forecasting rapid growth and expansion driven by nationwide demand!

So there you have it!  AFBG is a pick that I’ve had my eyes on for a while now, and no matter how many times I look over this one, I can’t seem to find any downside to a play that owns a patented process proven to not only save money, but also the environment!  This process has created revenue for the company in its very first quarter of use, and demand for this process seems to be driving the company’s strong National growth and expansion!

The bottom line is, deals like AFBG don’t come around that often, so if you’re looking to capitalize on this one, the time to do it is right at the opening bell, because a company like this one with this kind of news isn’t something that can go off unnoticed!  AFBG is in play, and it would certainly seem that some smart and aggressive traders are going to take a few $$ home on this one!
